What can you print?
Decorative pieces, gifts, organizers, prototypes, simple spare parts, original figures and pieces with your name or logo. Send us photos and notes and we'll tell you if it can be done.
Can you print a famous character or a brand logo?
No, unless you have a license from the owner. We can propose an original design inspired by your idea.
How long does a quote take?

How long does my order take?
The estimated date comes with the quote and is always shown in your account. It depends on size and quantity.
What materials and colors do you use?
[AVAILABLE MATERIALS AND COLORS]. If you're not sure, we'll recommend one.
Why can I see thin lines on the piece?
That's normal in 3D printing: the piece is built layer by layer. We can sand or paint it for an extra cost.
How do I pay?
By card or Apple Pay from your account. Custom orders take a deposit and the balance before delivery.
How do I know where my order is?
Your account shows the current step, progress photos when available and the tracking number once shipped.
Can I change something after paying?
Message us in the chat as soon as possible. If we haven't started printing, it's usually possible.
What do you do with my photos and files?
We only use them for your order. We don't share them or make copies for others. We delete them after [12] months, or sooner if you ask.
Why isn't my review showing?
Every review is checked by a person before it's published, usually within [TIME]. If it doesn't follow the rules we tell you why.
